Custom and personalised orders
I love creating custom orders. Please remember to include the name and colours you would like when you order or send me a separate convo. I will then confirm all your order details including the name, colours, colour order and delivery address with you BEFORE I start your item.
Sizing details
I currently have 3 sizes of felt letter garlands to choose from, my large 6 inch all capital letter garlands, my 6 inch 1 capital letter and the rest lowercase which are slightly smaller, and 3 inch 1 capital and the rest lowercase which are slightly smaller. However if you are after a different size just message me for a costing :)
Care instructions
It is not recommended to wash felt.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All my creations are beautifully gift wrapped for free. If your item is a gift I can either include a free blank gift card for you to complete or add a message for you if posting straight to the recipient. Just let me know your requirements.
Wholesale availability
Please contact me directly if you are interested in a wholesale order.
How long will my custom order take to be ready to dispatch?
I take every effort to make all my creations as quickly as I can. My usually turnaround time is up to 2 weeks from confirmation of your order per item. Delivery times are depended upon your delivery address and postal services.
How long will it take to receive my order?
I use Royal Mail to post all my creations. Either First class 'confirmed' for UK deliveries or First class 'Tracked and Signed' for international destinations. Up todate delivery times can be found on their website at www.royalmail.com
Can I request a custom order?
Yes! I love custom orders. If you do not see what you are looking for in my shop send me a message with your ideas and I will see what I can do! :)
